We will hike the Tramuntana Mountains to visit an olive oil producer, walk the vineyards of a natural winemaker championing local indigenous varietals, create beautiful textiles using natural dyes from local botanicals, learn about scent creation and make our own bespoke perfume using local essential oils, visit a local market and learn about the food and art cultures of the island all while eating at our favorite restaurants and cafes whose chefs focus on the best local, seasonal ingredients from small producers. And don’t forget about the calas, those rocky inlet with golden beaches and turquoise water!!
